Sometimes the hardest step is the first step, literally; putting on those shoes and heading out the door. So make the decision to lace-up and put one foot in front of the other! Every step you take towards fitness counts.
Together, with your current fitness level, goals, and interests, we will create a progressive plan that you enjoy. Will it always be easy? Nope.
If it is, then we need to make more adjustments. Life is about learning, growing, progressing.
Your fitness plan needs to do the same.
All of these things are important for physical fitness, and will be incorporated into your workouts.
Make sure you are choosing foods, and quantities of foods, that align with your fitness goals. Look for whole foods rich in nutrients.
You can't out run a bad diet, nor can you expect growth without giving your body what it needs.
Easiest way to start: Keep a food log and find ways to make improvements.
The best diet and exercise plan is the one you can sustain while reaching your goals.
I am not the trainer with zero body fat and never has cocktails or tacos; just not every day.
It will take some trial and error as you find your balance. But that's okay. Just keep trying,
and keep moving forward.
Physical fitness & health is not a quick fix.
This is a lifelong journey.
Be patient with your body as you ask more of it each day. Allow yourself the grace to learn, be imperfect, and improve as you strive for your best and healthiest life.
